Dr. Katherine Randolph has been serving as an Optometrist at McMillin Eyecare since 2021. A native of north Alabama, she earned her undergraduate degree in Bioengineering from Clemson University before receiving her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She further honed her expertise by completing a residency in ocular disease at Georgia Eye Partners in Atlanta, Georgia. Before settling in Tennessee, Dr. Randolph practiced in private optometric clinics in Georgia and Mississippi.

Passionate about improving patients’ vision and overall eye health, Dr. Randolph finds great fulfillment in diagnosing, treating, and preventing eye conditions. She values the variety of challenges she encounters daily and treasures the relationships she builds with her patients.

Dr. Randolph is highly trained in managing primary eye care and ocular diseases for both adults and children. She fits a range of contact lenses, including scleral lenses, and is a certified provider for the American Optometric Association’s InfantSEE program, offering comprehensive eye assessments for infants. Her professional interests include myopia management and specialty contact lens fitting, especially for patients with keratoconus and other corneal irregularities.

Active within the optometric community, Dr. Randolph is a member of the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians and the American Optometric Association. She is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, reflecting her dedication to advancing clinical knowledge and patient care.

Outside the office, Dr. Randolph is deeply involved in her community. She attends Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church, where her husband serves as pastor. Together, they are the proud parents of three children. As a family, they enjoy outdoor adventures, traveling, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
