Booking your visit with Dr Randolph or Dr Jeffries is now easier than ever!

If you need to be seen for any other reason, including eye problems, infections, sudden vision changes, or follow-up care, please call our office at 423-239-5491 for proper scheduling.

Dr. Jeffries sees patients in our upstairs suite. While there is stair-free access through a side entrance, some testing and services may still require stair access. If you have mobility limitations, we recommend scheduling with Dr. Randolph, who sees patients on our fully accessible ground floor.

Please note: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide proper notice, or failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment, will result in a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee. By scheduling online, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
