Dr. William C. McMillin, OD
Dr. William (Cham) McMillin received his Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Alabama in Birmingham and received his Doctorate of Optometry from The University of Alabama – Birmingham School of Optometry. After receiving his Doctorate of Optometry, Dr. McMillin decided to return home to the Colonial Heights/Tri-Cities area to begin his Optometry practice. Dr. Cham is a member of the American Optometric Association, Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians and the North East Tennessee Society of Optometric Physicians.
Dr. McMillin and his wife, Conti, have been married for over 37 years and have two grown children, Abbye and Jake, and one grandson, Wyatt. They are also active members of Colonial Heights United Methodist Church.
Dr. Billy McMillin, OD
Dr. William (Billy) McMillin joined his uncle Dr. Cham McMillin and McMillin eyecare in 2009. Dr. Billy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and received his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama – Birmingham School of Optometry in 2009. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians and the North East Tennessee Society of Optometric Physicians.
Dr. Billy and his wife, Cara, are originally from Kingston, TN, but now call the Tri-Cities their home along with their three sons, Will, Henry and Tucker. They are also active members of Colonial Heights Christian Church. In his spare time he enjoys spending quality time with his family and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers.
Dr. Katherine Randolph, OD
Dr. Katherine Randolph is a native of north Alabama and completed her undergraduate degree at Clemson University in Bioengineering. She received her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed a residency in ocular disease at Georgia Eye Partners in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to moving to Tennessee, she worked in private practice in both Georgia and Mississippi. Dr. Randolph is trained in the management of primary eye care as well as ocular disease for adults and children. She fits all kinds of contacts, including scleral lenses, and is a provider to see infants as part of the AOA community program, InfantSEE. Dr. Randolph is involved in several professional organizations including the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians, the American Optometric Association, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry.
Katherine and her husband, David, are excited to call Kingsport home. She attends Colonial Heights Presbyterian Church where her husband has been called as the pastor. They are the proud parents of two small children and together enjoy being outdoors, traveling, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers!
Sharon Hoover
Sharon is a licensed Optician of 20 years and joined McMillin eyecare in 1996. She enjoys helping patients see better and helping them to find just the right frame that suits their individual personalities and needs.
